Where is the circuit?
Just outside Chester in an area called Sandycroft , we are about a 10 minutes drive from the end of the M56. Click here for map.
How much does it cost?
From £13.00 for a 15-minute 'Arrive & Drive' session. Organised race events from £30.00 to £35.00 per person. Exclusive events from £35 .00 per person. Click here for a full price list .

How old do I have to be?
16 years old for all race events & exclusive events.
8 years old and at least 1.25 m tall for children's events .

Do I need a driving license?
No.
What should I wear?
Wear flat soled shoes (e.g. trainers) no open toed sandals and loose, comfortable clothes. Race suits and crash helmets are provided, but you may bring your own crash helmets if you wish .
Do I have to book a race event?
Yes Demand for karting is very high, and dates can be booked several months in advance, so the sooner you book the better your chance of getting the date & time you want.
If we book a race event for a group - will it just be our group racing?
Only if you have booked an Exclusive Event. We cannot guarantee exclusive use unless you book and pay for an exclusive event in advance.
Can I book for Arrive & Drive
Yes for groups of 10 or more.
Arrive & Drive can be booked by calling The Circuit Raceline on 01244 531652. Prepayment must be made by credit or debit card.
Can children do Arrive & Drive on the main circuit?
Yes providing they are over the height of 137 cms.

Kids Frequently Asked Questions.
Q. Is it Safe?
A) YES, it is. As long as drivers listen to what they are instructed to do, then they'll be fine. Our karts are fitted with a remote control speed system, which enables us to slow the karts down or turn them off at the flick of a switch. Any driver who we think will cause danger to themselves, or to others will not be allowed to drive.
Q. My child is nearly eight years old - can they race?
A) NO for insurance reasons each child must be over 8 years of age.
Q. My child is nearly 1.25m - can they race?
A) NO for safety reasons each child must be 1.25m or taller to race on The Indy Flyover Circuit and 1.37m or taller to race on The Main Circuit
Q. What should they wear?
A) Racesuits, crash helmets and gloves are provided but sensible footwear must be worn - no open toed sandals, flip flops, etc.) Trainers are best. If attending a party in the winter the children should wear warm clothing as it can get cold on the track.
Q. Can I book a party for less than 5 drivers?
A) NO the minimum required is 5. If you have less than 5 then you may be able to do Arrive and Drive but unfortunately this is not pre bookable.
Q. Can my child take part in competitive racing at The Indy Track?
A) NO. The Indy track is an ideal venue for children to experience what it is like to drive a petrol powered kart around a fun circuit. The emphasis is on safe driving rather than racing.
Q. Do we have to let you know what each child wants to eat before the party?
A) NO providing you have pre booked party food, the children can order their food when they first arrive.
